What do I need to know?

- Your voucher is valid for two adults and two children
- This experience is subject to seasonal opening hours
- Your park entry tickets and animal adoption pack will be sent to you via email
- This park features children's play areas, cafes and restaurants
- Child entry is valid for children aged 3–15 years. Under 3s enter for free and do not need an entry ticket
- The voucher redemption form must be completed at least two working days before your requested experience date. Your booking is not valid until you have pre-booked your visit via the booking link and received a confirmation email which you need to take with you and show on arrival to the park
- Please note, the brown bear, cheetah, European bison and giraffe live at The Aspinall Foundation's other park, Port Lympne Reserve
