What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Children under 90cm in height visit for free and for toddlers a free swim nappy can be provided from the Waterpark reception
• The Waterpark recommend booking in advance to guarantee entry! Please note that the outdoor area is closed on selected dates. Check the Waterpark opening times before you visit.
• The waterpark is open from March-October. Please check the website for specific opening times
• This voucher covers off-peak entry on some dates throughout the current season, or can be used as part payment towards some peak dates, special event tickets or to visit during a later season
• Pre-book your preferred date online by following the instructions on your voucher. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before you wish to visit
• Alton Towers Waterpark operates a strict adult to child ratio of: One adult (aged 16+) to one child aged 4 or under. OR One adult (aged 16+) to two children aged 5, 6 or 7.This is to comply with health and safety standards and must be adhered to. All members of the party must be swimming to fulfil the above ratio. All children under 8 years of age must have a supervising adult (16+) with them in the water at all times. Children aged 8 - 11 do not fall part of the above ratio, however must be accompanied inside the Waterpark by a responsible adult (aged 16+). Children aged 12 or over can be unaccompanied.
