Hydrospeeding Experience for Two at Lee Valley

This exhilarating experience is perfect for a pair of thrill-seekers! Grab your hydrospeed and take to the rapids with this exciting white-water activity at Lee Valley White Water Centre in Hertfordshire. Home of the London 2012 Olympics which hosted canoe slalom events, you know you're on an epic course! You’ll meet with your instructor, who will go through a briefing before heading over to the Legacy Loop for a short assessment. Get to grips with hydrospeed which is described as a cross between a float and a bodyboard and practise basic skills before tackling the rapids. Ready for the thrill?

• Minimum age: 12 years
• Participants under 18 years will need to provide a signed parental consent form
• If aged 12–16 years, a parent/guardian must remain on site
• Maximum weight: 18 stone
• Lee Valley Regional Park Authority is a public body subject to the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and therefore liable to disclose some contractual information
