If you’ve always wanted to learn how to stand-up paddleboard or have previously dabbled on some rental boards and would like to learn properly with your family or friends, with a fully qualified SUP instructor in a beautiful location then this is the experience for you. WAY more than just a 'taster' session this comprehensive beginner's paddle lesson is all about skills, safety, confidence and FUN! Develop a professional paddle technique; more power, less effort, more stability, and protection from injury. Learn all about paddle safety; knowing your environment, taking the right gear, finding the right board Pivot turns, water pistols and sup yoga exercises available for the brave beginner!

What's included?

• 90-minute stand up paddle boarding session
• Training on standing, kneeling and paddling techniques

What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• All training and safety procedures will be provided during your experience
• Available Tuesday- Wednesday and Saturday- Sunday, April- October
• All participants must be able to swim 50m
• All under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult
• The land briefing will take approximately 15-minutes
• Minimum age: 10 years
• This activity is dependent on weather conditions
• Please provide 1-weeks’ notice for cancellations
