Sometimes referred to as "The most dangerous race in the world" The Baja 1000 is an annual attarction for dune buggies, motorcycles and other off-road vehicles. The appeal: 1,000 miles of racing full of treacherous terrain and blind turns.
The course has remained relatively unchanged since its inception The main dangers come in the form of improvised booby-traps, obstacles and jumps created by spectators, often in an effort to make the race more interesting!
